Ashlee Bates

Office Manager

Ashlee is a Castroville native who has worked in Communications/Public Relations for seven years and has been with the Chamber since January of 2008. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in English and a minor in Public Relations. She is happily married to her husband Matthew, has a 2 year-old son, Clayton and a brand new baby boy, Levi. She works as the office manager and also handles the website, special events, printed materials and other communications projects. You can find her in the office Monday - Friday.

Brenda Kempf

Finance Coordinator

Brenda is the newest member of the Chamber Office, joining in December 2011. She is a Castroville native who lived in Hondo for several years before returning to Castroville where she lives with her husband and two children. She is a Southwest Texas State University graduate. She is very artistic and loves to spend her time cooking, knitting, spinning and scrapbooking. Brenda handles the finances for the Chamber and can be found in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday  and Friday.
